Meet Reebok!

Reebok is a sweet boy who is discovering that life can be pretty amazing! He can be a nervous guy and gets scared easily, so he may need some patience and understanding while he learns that he's safe. We don't know what he may have been through before coming to ODHS, but we do know that he's making wonderful progress in his foster home.

- Best friends with his foster brother, having a canine buddy has helped him come out of his shell!
- Loves his people and has formed a strong bond with his foster mom.
- Can be very timid and easily startled, especially while he's getting comfortable in new situations.
- Is more hesitant around men and will need time and patience to build trust with them.
- Is learning that a home can be a safe, happy place filled with love, patience, and plenty of good days.
- Continuing to blossom as his confidence grows.

Reebok may not be the dog who runs up to everyone with his tail wagging on day one, but give this sweet boy the time to trust you, and you'll get to watch something pretty special happen - a scared dog slowly realizing he is finally safe.

As a puppy, I am required to go to training within 90 days of my adoption with a certified trainer.

Old Dominion Humane Society (ODHS) Adoption Process
- Complete our Adoption Survey on the Adopt page of our website at https://www.olddominionhumanesociety.org/adoption-survey to expedite the process and arrange a meet-and-greet. Expect a response within about a week; please check your spam folder. As we're 100% volunteer-run, your patience is appreciated!

Requirements And Donations
- Required Adoption Day Items: A martingale collar and a non-retractable leash (available for purchase at ODHS).
- Adoption Donations: Puppies (under 1 year): $375; Adults: $275; Seniors (age-dependent): $175; Select dogs: $500. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
- Adoption Radius: Within 350 miles of Fredericksburg, VA. A $50 out-of-state fee applies.
- Breed Identification: Dogs are listed as "Mixed Breed" unless formal documentation is available.

Location And Hours
- Visit our adoption center at 3602 Lafayette Blvd, Fredericksburg, VA 22408 during adoption hours: Wednesday 5-7 PM; Friday 6-8 PM; Saturday 10 AM-4 PM.
