Meet Delaney!

Born in rescue on May 21, 2026, Delaney is a gorgeous fawn-colored puppy who, according to her brother’s DNA test, is a glorious mixture of NINETEEN different breeds. Basically, she’s 100% dog and 110% perfect.

Her foster mom calls her the class clown.

She loves running, playing, dramatic pouncing and pretty much anything that can be turned into a toy. Actual toys are great, but so are wet washcloths, plant containers and one treasured strip of dog-food packaging she’s carried around for weeks. She’s basically a Depression-era puppy.

Delaney is smart, happy and eager to please. She loves enrichment and food puzzles and is learning Come, Sit, Outside, Potty and Off. She’s doing well using potty pads, goes outside to potty first thing in the morning and rides nicely crated in the car.

She has done well with children ages 3, 8, 10 and 15 and loves their energy. She’s also done well with dogs of different sizes, ages and sexes. Cats are unknown.

Delaney isn't much for prolonged lap sitting because IMPORTANT PUPPY BUSINESS awaits, but she happily delivers drive-by snuggles before zooming back into action.

Her foster mom says it best:

“She enters the room and makes things better.”
