I was brought in as an owner surrender. I am a 6-year-old Australian Shepherd and am very large for my breed. I weigh in at around 70-75lbs. As you can see, I am a very rough-looking boy. I have severe (we assume environmental) skin allergies and have been on medications and a restricted diet to help soothe and relieve my very itchy body. I have been chained up in a backyard for most of my adult life. I am looking for someone that can help me get back to my gorgeous floofy self. I have slowly started getting a little better and now have some snazzy chest hair! I have the most unique eyes that are split right down the middle with blue & brown and what makes me the best dog ever, is my big heart! I have no mean bones in my body and have never met a stranger. I have gotten along with both the other dogs and the kitties at the vet's office and have even been around chickens in the past. I would do great with pretty much anything! I know most all basic commands, and I walk very well on a leash. I am an extremely well-behaved boy who only wants to please! I am crate trained and housebroken, and I love kids. If someone could take a chance on me, I would bring you nothing but love and joy! I am already neutered and vaccinated. I will be microchipped, but we are waiting for my skin to be less sensitive before administrating it. I am now looking for my new forever home!
