Say Hello to Tucker! Tucker is looking for a new forever home, he was rescued by a wonderful family after his breeder said he would be euthanized due to deafness. Thankfully that didn’t happen and Tucker had someone to help be his stepping stone to his new life! Tucker is 1 year old and weighs about 15lbs. He is an absolute doll. He gets along great with dogs, children, chickens, and is such a sweet boy. Tucker is completely deaf and potentially blind in one eye but otherwise is completely healthy. Tuckers deafness and blindness is attributed to his coat color.
When breeding Mini Aussies if both parents carry the Merle gene this results in a “double Merle” puppy which causes an excessively white coat and hearing and vision losschanges. These issues don’t affect Tuckers happiness it just means he’s a little special! Tucker loves to run and play, he loves toys and treats, and he is a completely normal young guy who has adapted well to his disabilities and he’s looking for a family who will adore him for who he is!
Tucker will be ready for his forever home Thursday after his neuter and vetting appointment!
