Hello, friends! My name is Macaroon and I'm a gorgeous Shepherd/Husky mix female who's waiting for my FOREVER home with you! This is not my first time at the shelter, through no fault of my own . Here's my story! Originally, I was brought to the shelter as a stray puppy with my siblings after we were found abandoned in a park. And then I got adopted! But my adopter gave me away to someone else, and then I was found running loose as a stray dog. So back to the shelter I went. I got adopted again, as an adult this time, and my adopter kept me for 1 year and then brought me back because they were moving and I couldn't go too. I'm a beautiful girl with two different colored eyes--which makes me extra special! I'm also a little insecure and timid due to the instability that I've had in my young life (I'm only 2 1/2 years old) but I'm very polite and well-mannered, and I warm up quickly with a kind voice and gentle hands. I get along with other dogs too and would love to have another dog to play with and be my best friend so if you already have a dog-- that would be great! I'm an inside companion, but I can also be active at times and would really enjoy a fenced-in yard for playtime, as well as a comfy bed and some fun toys! I've already been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, so I'm ready to go! I hope that you will give me a chance because I'm an amazing dog who's just had a few setbacks.
