Hi, I’m Duggan! I’m a 4-year-old Aussie mix with a big heart and a playful side that really shines once I feel comfortable with you. I came from a homeless encampment, so life was pretty uncertain for a while. Since coming into the rescue, I’ve learned that people can be kind and having dog friends to play with is actually pretty awesome.

The rescue in Perris saved me and my brother, (Thank you Saving Perris Strays) but sadly my brother had a reaction to anesthesia and passed away at the hospital. I never got to say goodbye. So if I look a little serious in my photos, it’s only because I’m still learning to trust and feel safe again.

My foster mom has helped me so much by giving me new buddies to play with and showing me what love and routine feel like. I’ve discovered I LOVE walks, making new dog friends, and making my foster mom proud with how far I’ve come.
