Found as a stray alongside her mama Bonnie when she was still very young, Birdie spent the first weeks of her life in a shelter before entering foster care with Rubies & Rogues. Despite her rough start, Birdie has fully committed herself to the important business of causing chaos and having fun.
She appears to be a darker version of her mama and is just as beautiful — but where Bonnie is soft and gentle, Birdie is all confidence, curiosity, and baby shark energy.
Birdie is active, independent, and extremely intelligent for her age. She loves exploring, investigating, playing, and finding things she probably should not chew on. She keeps life entertaining and is always looking for her next adventure.
Because of her playful mouthiness and puppy energy, Birdie is not a fit for homes with toddlers. She will thrive with an adopter committed to continuing her training, socialization, and mental enrichment as she grows.
Birdie would do wonderfully in an active home that appreciates smart working-breed-type personalities and understands that puppies require consistency, patience, and structure.
