Meet Dante
Dante is housetrained and, per his previous home, does well with kids and other dogs. He can take a moment to warm up around new dogs, but he opens up nicely and settles in with time. With people, he's incredibly sweet, affectionate, and just wants to be close... your little shadow in the best way.
He has an easygoing nature and appreciates a good cuddle sesh. He's treat motivated, eager to connect, and thrives on gentle companionship.
Dante walks well on leash, though he can be a bit sensitive at times and will benefit from continued confidence building. He is a lovable, clingy boy who simply wants to feel safe and be near his people.
He was surrendered for escaping a yard, so he will need a home with a tall and secure fence. More importantly, Dante isn't a dog who wants to be left outside alone... he wants to be part of the family, included, loved, and by your side.
This handsome, charming boy is ready to leave the uncertainty behind and find a forever home where he can be someone's loyal companion and cuddle buddy for life.

We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have animals at our office, and not all animals attend adoption events. To coordinate a meet and greet with a specific animal please contact us!
We can only finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better, it takes time to review and approve applications!
We host adoption events almost every Saturday from *11:00 AM to 2:00 PM* around the Fort Collins community!
