Found stray: Sugar - Australian Kelpie Dog for Adoption in Rockwall, Texas

Is anyone missing a 1-2 year old female Australian Kelpie mix that weighs under 40 Lbs.? She was found off of Althea in Rockwall on 08/05/26. No chip. No collar. She is currently on stray hold for the next 72 hours to allow her owners to claim her. Proof of ownership is required for all reclaims. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
