Hello everyone, I would like to introduce you to Haley. She is a 10-year-old, spayed female looking for a special place to call home. Once she settles in and is given time to adjust, she is very sweet and affectionate.

Haley’s background is largely unknown, but she was fortunately rescued after being brought to a clinic to be euthanized because her previous owners were moving. Her foster mom suspects she has been a high-energy dog with very little stimulation throughout her life, which can make new experiences challenging for her.

The ideal home for Haley would have no children or cats. While she could potentially live with other dogs following a very slow and patient introduction, she should not be rushed.

She is fully house-trained, knows basic obedience, and appreciates having a quiet, secluded place to relax. Since arriving at her foster home weighing 65 pounds, Haley has been on a weight-loss journey involving a strict diet and daily walks. Her fosters are also working on building her trust and confidence outdoors.
