Meet Lena!

Lena is a 4-month-old cattle dog/pitty mix with the cutest black coat, spotted little paws, and a personality that is already bigger than she is.

She is absolutely the boss of her litter and seems quite comfortable with that title. Lena loves to play, wrestle with her puppy friends, chew on sticks, carry toys around, and generally stay busy from morning until she decides it’s finally time for a nap.

She’s confident, curious, playful, affectionate, and full of that fun puppy energy that makes you laugh all day long. We think Lena would be a great match for an active couple who owns their home and is looking for a dog to truly include in their life — walks, adventures, training, playtime, and plenty of couch cuddles afterward.

We expect Lena to be around 30–40 pounds when fully grown, making her a great medium-sized companion.

Because Lena is still too young to be spayed, her adopter will be required to sign a spay agreement as part of her adoption, and show proof between 6-8 months of age.

Renowned for their endurance and agility, these medium sized dogs have a striking blue or red speckled coat and alert, curious expression. With a strong herding instinct and boundless energy, they require mental stimulation and physical activity to thrive.
