DESCRIPTION
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi! I’m Chimkin...yes, like chicken
5 months old | 20 lbs | Heeler mix
Projected size? Around 55 lbs
I’m a goofy, confident, & super smart pup who’s equal parts playtime
chaos & cuddle bug. I love people (big & tiny!), enjoy hanging with my
dog friends, & take on the world with zero hesitation—I’m not really
scared of anything, just ready to explore.
Here’s what makes me a pretty egg-cellent companion:
Smart cookie—I already know sit, down, & touch!
Friendly with everyone I meet—humans & dogs are my favorite flock
Playful & full of personality (toys = instant zoomies)
Confident & brave—I take new things in stride
Very food motivated... I will absolutely work for treats
I’ve been working hard on my manners & I’m doing awesome:
Crate trained—I sleep all night & take multiple daytime naps in my
crate without a peep
Learning potty training with consistent outings
Practicing polite behavior—I don’t jump much, I sit and wait
patiently at doors, & I’m very gentle for a puppy (minimal nibbling!)
Walking fairly nicely on leash & improving every day
A few of my favorite things:
Admiring myself in window reflections (gotta check on this handsome face)
Sprinting around & wrestling with toys like it’s my full-time job
I love car rides
Snuggling up once I’ve burned off my puppy energy
I’m the perfect mix of playful, confident, & cuddly. I’d love a home
that keeps me active, keeps my smart brain engaged, continues my
training, & lets me be part of the family (or should I say... the flock
).
Apply to meet me, and I promise a lifetime of love, laughs, and loyal
companionship: https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication
Chimkin is ready to find his forever home.
