Trudy - Australian Cattle Dog Blue Heeler Dog for Adoption in Prineville, Oregon

Sweet Trudy is a petite senior heeler mix around 7–8-year-old. She has a sweet and adventurous personality packed into one adorable little package!

This girl walks beautifully on a leash, loves getting cozy with her people, and has a fun little quirk: she LOVES to climb! At the shelter, you can often find her perched on top of her igloo in her outdoor kennel, keeping an eye on the world from her favorite lookout spot.

Trudy is the perfect mix of cuddly companion and curious explorer. She deserves a warm, comfy home where she can climb to her heart’s content, soak up all the snuggles, and finally enjoy the good life she deserves.

Trudy is understandably nervous in the shelter and would do best as the only pet in home. Senior pups have so much love left to give. Let's help this sweet girl find her forever home!

With a strong herding instinct and boundless energy, they require mental stimulation and physical activity to thrive. Blue Heelers are loyal, protective, and make excellent companions for active individuals or families willing to provide the engagement and exercise they need.
