Toby is a super sweet, playful, smart, outgoing and cuddly guy!
He is guessed to be a heeler mix puppy, but who knows for sure!
He is adorably outgoing and just a youngster, so needs a family committed to raising him right with good puppy training and lots of patience.
He is working on crate training, but as he is just a baby, he is not potty trained fully yet.
He does great with the other dogs in his foster home, and is curious about cats but not aggressive.
