wren - Australian Cattle Dog Blue Heeler and Beagle Dog for Adoption in Lexington, Kentucky

Wren is a 6-month-old heeler mix weighing in at 26 lbs. She was adopted out through Woodstock as a pup (both brothers were very heeler looking). Unfortunately, her new home didn't work out due to illness in the owner and Wren has ended up back with us looking again.

Foster mom states that Wren is very smart, but still very puppy. She learns very quickly and foster mom is working with her daily on training. She does still have the puppy tendencies to get over stimulated and play a bit rough, so younger children are not ideal for her new home.

Wren would absolutely love a fenced in yard and fur sibling in her new home to help her burn off some of her heeler puppy energy.

A home that is dedicated to continuing training is definitely a must!

Wren is doing well with crate training and potty training in the foster home.
