Lacey - Anatolian Shepherd Dog for Adoption in Troy, Missouri

LACEY

Anatolian Shepherd
🇺🇸
Troy, Missouri
August 29th
male, medium, baby

DESCRIPTION

Lacey is named Lacey because he was obsessed with shoe laces very early in his life. he liked to untie shoes and pull like mad on the laces. He also pulls on shorts, shirts, toys...and he is the littlest, so he has to be tough. It's hard to take him serious because he is very little. He clearly has some terrier as he has a distinct sense of humor and is very playful. He likes to tug, especially when he is hyped up right before he crashes to sleep.

He has a lot of personality and energy, true to the Aussie in him. And then he is a snuggle bunny and quiet. He has it all. He will be a devoted friend and has lots of people skills and wants to be around all people.

His mom's DNA is all that we know. Mom is mostly Australian Shepherd with Labrador and some terrier with a dash of Rottweiler and cocker spaniel. Dad was a traveling man - and we know nothing about him. I'm going to guess based on a few of the floppy ears that some have German shepherd and perhaps a little border collie. (No one looks like the other!!) The kids should be between 45-60 pounds. Lacey is very much smaller than the others and best guess, will be closer to 40 pounds.

All the puppies have been socialized since they were born. having been found on Day 2 and arriving at the Sanctuary on Day 4. The mom is sweet and friendly and was abandoned with other dogs. (All were rescued.) Lacey is utd on all shots, wormed, microchipped and spayed. He will need his rabies shot at 16 weeks.
