Hi, I'm Stellar!
I'm a sweet, shy puppy looking for a patient family who will help me build my confidence and discover just how wonderful the world can be.
I can be nervous when I meet new people, especially if they approach quickly. A calm, gentle approach helps me warm up much faster. Once I know you, I'm a bundle of love who enjoys playing, exploring, and spending time with my people.
I'm good with respectful kids and I'm playful and interested in other dogs, but I can also be a little independent. I may do well with cats, but I haven't been tested with them yet.
I'm usually pretty quiet, although I can get vocal when I'm playing. Since I'm still a puppy, I'll need some help with potty training, crate training, and learning my basic manners. I also love to chew on anything I can get my teeth on, so I'll need some guidance and plenty of appropriate toys.
I love chasing a tennis ball, although I haven't quite figured out that I'm supposed to bring it back! My favorite time of day is a cool morning when I can stretch out in the grass and relax. One of my cutest quirks is that I love sleeping upside down with my belly in the air.
I'm a sweet girl with a lot of love to give. All I need is a little patience, guidance, and someone willing to let me come out of my shell at my own pace. I can't wait to show you what a loving companion I can be!
