DESCRIPTION
Charlie is 6 years old and paralyzed. He cannot use his back legs, but that doesnt slow him down! He is an extremely sweet, loving boy who adores people and is amazing with kids.
Charlie can do well with some dogs but needs slow introductions. He does not do well with small dogs.
He loves spending time in the backyard and actually prefers dragging himself around the yard rather than using his wheelchair, although he can use his wheelchair too.
Charlie is such a loving, affectionate boy with a beautiful personality.
