Meet Flash!

Flashy Girl, Flashy Flash, Flashes - she'll come running to anything that resembles her name! This sweet girl is an absolute dream for the Pittie lover. She is incredibly dog-friendly and currently lives with 8 other dogs, where she is the ringleader of the playgroup. She loves rough-and-tumble play, high-speed chases and a good WWE match, but when playtime is over, she's happiest curled up in a pile of blankets.

Flash came from a home with 10 dogs after her owner passed away. She spent six months in the county shelter and was the last of the 10 to leave. Unfortunately, she was later lost from her foster home twice, spending days on the run each time. She was eventually caught by the volunteer who is now her foster mom.

Despite everything she has been through, Flash is an affectionate, happy, confident girl who seems to have left her past behind. She is housetrained, crate trained, smart, eager to learn, and has even done great at doggy daycare. She listens beautifully to her foster mom and loves staying close to her.

Flash tends to prefer female humans and would do best with a dog in her home who is very playful and can play rough. She can be nervous around strangers in her home but is not aggressive and we believe continued training will help her gain confidence with this. So a home without a ton of visitors and business would be best for her - but bring on all of the dogs! She's a gem on a leash and a great car rider though.

Flash is looking for a 6-foot fenced yard, a playful canine companion and a responsible adopter committed to keeping her safe and secure. She truly is an exceptional Pittie who deserves an equally exceptional forever home.
