Otto is part Jack in the Beanstalk (size and gentle people nature, part Dennis the Menace. Otto sets his own rules, hasn't had a lot of friends growing up that liked him or taught him things. You see Otto grew up in a shelter too big to play with all the other puppies and too young to learn from the adults in a shelter setting.

Otto is still seeking that right fit. He headed to foster with Lynda and family a couple days ago and this clown is keeping them smiling and laughing. Otto could be an only dog with a group of laid back pups in the hood to play or with proper introduction call home a place with a personality match dog sibling. He has fostered under both circumstances. But his people will always be his beacon.

Otto isn't everyone's cup of tea... and honestly, he's okay with that.

This handsome guy can be a little overbearing with some dogs. He likes to play rough, acts tougher than he really is, and while he rarely starts any disagreements, hell absolutely jump in if he thinks his reputation or you needs protecting. He's got a little swagger to maintain, after all.

The good news? Otto thrives with easygoing, rough-and-tumble dogs who understand dog language and respect a simple no thanks. Give him a canine buddy who enjoys a good wrestling match but knows when playtime is over, and Otto is in his happy place.

People? That's where Otto really shines.

He absolutely adores humans. Whether you're heading out for an adventure, tossing a toy, or settling in for a movie night, Otto is all in. He's a lover of people, a connoisseur of laid-back dog friends, and a dedicated seeker of the very best lap in the house. Yes... he may convince himself he's lap-sized. We recommend letting him believe it.

Otto is looking for a family that appreciates a dog with personality, humor, loyalty, and a whole lot of love to give. He doesn't need to be everyone's best friend—he just needs to be your best friend.

Kids are probably gonna be bounces around with his enthusiasm, he hasn't met a cat but might think toy. Larger dogs are better if its their home.
