Effie gets along beautifully with other dogs and cats, and she'll do best with a calm, gentle, and confident resident dog who can show her the ropes and help her build confidence. She's crate trained and fully housebroken, so she already has great manners... she just needs patience, consistency, and a lot of quiet reassurance while she settles in.
