Meet Evan, aka “Shadow”!

Evan is a 4-month-old sweetheart who may be shy at first, but once he warms up, he’s an absolute lovebug! He earned the nickname “Shadow” in foster because he just loves being by your side and follows you everywhere! Evan is believed to be a boxer/staffie mix. Evan came to our rescue after barely escaping euthasia at a rural shelter. He is officially the last of his siblings on the hunt for his forever home. Evan is currently about 20 pounds and will likely be around 45-50 pounds when full grown! Here are some notes from his foster family.

"This sweet, smart, and silly boy is full of life and always making us laugh! He’s very well rounded - He loves playing with other dogs and soaking up all the attention he can get, but he also loves a good couch snuggle with his humans. He’d love a furry sibling but would be just as happy being a spoiled only pup!

Evan is food motivated, eager to please, and doing great with potty training, crate training. He’s already learning to sit! He’s also neutered and up to date on vaccines.
