This handsome gentleman is Gus! Gus is a goofy 1-year-old boy with PLENTY of love to give. He was brought to us as a stray, so we unfortunately, don't know too much of his history before coming to CASA. Gus is a smart, lovable guy who is always looking for a cuddle buddy and adventure (but primarily a cuddle buddy). During his stay at our shelter, he has completely stolen the hearts of all of our staff and volunteers with his pure heart. Gus knows no evil and is the definition of a Good-Boy! He loves absolutely EVERYBODY! Especially like sized dogs, and dog savvy cats. We always require a meet and greet with any resident dogs in the home before adoption to ensure it's a fit on both ends. The cutest interactions we have seen with Gus is how he reacts to children; he absolutely melts at their feet. He's just the ultimate love bug who is looking for the perfect family to give him the cuddles he's been yearning for!
It should be known that Gus does have skin allergies. Although this doesn't slow him down, he will need an owner dedicated to his care. This would include consistent diet, weekly baths, and allergy medications. All this so he can be his best self!
