Sanrio is a handsome, resilient bully mix who is finally getting the second chance he has been waiting for.

After spending nearly 300 days in the shelter, Sanrio found himself on the urgent list at DeKalb. He had been overlooked for far too long, but we knew his story wasn’t supposed to end there. Braveheart Bulliez Rescue pulled him just in time, and now this sweet boy is ready for his next chapter.

Sanrio is smart, eager, and full of potential. Like many dogs who spend too long in the shelter system, he needed time, structure, and support to decompress and show people who he really is. Since coming into rescue, Sanrio has been given the opportunity to build confidence, learn, and continue becoming the best version of himself.
