HELP US FIND WREN HER NEXT CHAPTER!
In 2020, a sweet girl named Queen left Pender County Humane Society to begin a new chapter with her family. Today, she goes by Wren, and at 9 years old, she needs our help once again.
After six years in a loving home, circumstances have changed, and Wren needs a new place to call home. Sometimes life takes unexpected turns, and even the most difficult decisions are made out of love.
Our biggest hope is to find Wren a loving home where she can transition directly from her mom’s care into a new family’s arms, without having to come back to the shelter. We would love to make this transition as easy and stress-free for her as possible.
At 9 years old, Wren deserves a soft place to land, a comfortable place to rest her head, and someone who will love her through this next chapter.
A few things to know about Wren:
She’s 9 years old.
She cannot live with cats.
She cannot live with female dogs.
Meet-and-greets are a MUST with any potential male dog companions to ensure everyone is a good fit.
We know the right home is out there for her. Maybe it’s someone who has room in their heart for a senior girl, someone who understands that the best things in life don’t always come in the youngest packages.
If you think you could be the person Wren needs, please reach out to Pender County Humane Society! And if you can’t open your home, please share her story. You never know who might be looking for a girl just like her.
Let’s help Wren find her next chapter without ever having to set paws back inside the shelter.
