Meet Frosty - The Happiest Survivor You'll Ever Meet
Frosty has quite a story, and it's one that shows just how resilient and joyful a dog can be.

She arrived at City Animal Control as a stray, unable to walk and clearly in pain. Our team is confident she had been hit by a car. For a while, we weren't sure what her future would look like - but thanks to excellent care from our medical staff, Frosty began to heal. The best news of all: she didn't need major surgery. She simply needed time, rest, and love.

Frosty may always carry a few scars on her front right leg, but we like to tell her they're beauty marks. She seems to believe us.

Frosty's Best Qualities
