Ms. Ruger is our "herding" dog in training. Don't let her tough name fool you either, she is 100% sweet sweet sweet. Not a mean bone in her body. We rescued Ruger from a sad situation where she didn't receive enough food or care. Even with that background Ruger is a gentle, easy-going soul.

Ruger has so many fine qualities you will be party to when you adopt her. Snuggling on the couch is one of Ruger's strengths. She makes a great bed warmer too. Car rides are one of her favorite things. She gets along great with other dogs and enjoys playing. She is fine with cats and chickens. Ruger will accompany you on all your amblings, wanderings, strolls, and moseys. And those brutal 10-mile jaunts too. You won't lose her either because Ruger comes when she's called. Ms. Ruger loves all people and little ones too. You won't find a more devoted, faithful companion for you and your family.

Ruger weighs about 35-lbs right now. She is a bit lean but is healthy. She is 5-years old, spayed, and up to date on her vaccines. Ruger is also house- and crate-trained.
