BRUNO IS CURRENTLY FOSTERED NEAR DES MOINES, IOWA.

Bruno is an approximately 5-year-old bully mix who is looking for his forever family. He is a goofy, affectionate lover boy who absolutely loves being around people and soaking up attention.

Bruno loves toys, chews, treats, blankets, walks, and spending time with his people. If you love a good land hippo, Bruno may be your guy. He has a fun, lovable personality and is happiest when he can be included in whatever is going on.

Bruno is potty trained and crate trained, walks well on a leash, and already knows “sit,” “wait,” and “kennel.” He is smart, food motivated, and eager to please.

Bruno does well with dogs of all sizes and has done well with both male and female dogs. He has also lived around cats in his foster home. He can be curious and sometimes wants to play a little rough, but he has done well with them overall. He is also good with kids.

Bruno is heartworm positive, which is common among strays in the South. The good news is that he is completing treatment and is on his way to being heartworm negative soon. If you have any questions about his health, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email.

Bruno is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, on monthly preventative, dewormed, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $450.

If you’re interested in giving Bruno the forever home he deserves, please complete our adoption application linked below. Thank you for considering adoption!
