Sadie is a very happy, wiggly bulldog mix who was rescued from deplorable conditions on Skid Row where she, her mate, and their two puppies were abandoned for at least one week without food or water. Understandably, all four were super excited when their rescuers came through the door!

The great thing about dogs is they don't let their horrible past weigh them down. She loves life and is looking forward to a future with a caring person or family who can give her the life she deserves.

* approximately 45 pounds
* very affectionate and gentle
* loves people
* cuddly lap dog
* low to medium energy
* rides great in a car
* is good with other dogs
* is wonderful on a leash
* Non-reactive on a leash when other dogs are barking at her
* Velcro girl but not in an overbearing manner
* given her past history, her house training is a work in progress
* we have not seen her interact with children but given her personality, she should do well with respectful children
