Surge was found on the side of the road with his 12 siblings. The breed is just best guess. They appear to be medium to large breed. Surge is 8 weeks old and weighs 7.4 lbs. Puppies generally do well with other dogs, cats, and respectful children. Please remember puppies require a lot of time and sacrifice.
