Hi, my name is Steph, and I'm a sweet, fun, beautiful girl (or so all the nice volunteers here keep telling me), just waiting to find my family. I am about a year old and weigh 55 pounds.

Apparently, I've got the cutest, most squishable wrinkly face you'll ever see, and I just love to lean in for love and be close to you. I'm a people-pleaser, always eager to learn and very in tune with my handler. I already know 'sit' and 'down', but I'd love to learn more with you by my side. I'm also a big fan of toys, especially when I get to show off my gentle mouth release. Being a playful and outgoing pup, I'd fit right into an active home where I can explore and adventure with my new family.

I'm always up for a game, but I also know when it's time to snuggle up and relax. I will need a home where any children are at least 8 years old as I am kind of a bigger gal with an enthusiasm for life and sometimes don't realize my size. Gosh, I can't wait to find a family to love me, I promise I will try to be the best girl. Please come and meet me!

***We have a wonderful update from Steph's foster mom, it sounds like she is doing great! - Steph is fully potty trained at my house, so it probably wouldn't take her long at all to get to know your routine. She does great overnight out of her crate and stays in a crate when I leave the house and does very well. Steph is quiet and relaxed. She has excellent manners and takes treats with a soft mouth. She knows basic commands and walks beautifully on leash with a harness. She loves squeaky toys, bones, nylabones and she entertains herself when left alone with her toy box. She loves the water too!***
