Then allow us to introduce Athena. Athena is a short, below-the-knee, adorably chunky little bulldog, basically a 70-pound sweet roll with legs. She promises to love you, worship you, and devote herself to you completely and unconditionally... although she admits that treats may strengthen this commitment.

This girl has personality for days. Her funny little face, endless affection, and goofy bulldog charm will fill your home and give you a reason to smile every single day. Athena doesn’t just want a family. She wants her person, someone she can love with her whole enormous bulldog heart.

And believe us when we say it: Athena is an absolute treasure.
There is just one thing Athena would like to request from her future family: she wants to be your one and only princess.

Athena currently lives in a foster home around other dogs. She doesn’t lunge at dogs when passing them, doesn’t look for fights, and isn’t trying to create conflict.
However, she simply isn’t comfortable sharing her space with other dogs, and we don’t believe living closely with another dog would be the best situation for her. An exceptionally experienced owner may be able to manage a multi-dog environment, but Athena’s ideal home is one where she can be the only dog and receive all the love for herself.
