Meet Star!

Star is a 6-year-old, 80-pound Bulldog mix who is equal parts sweetheart and couch potato. Her favorite things include being with her people, leisurely walks, belly rubs, car rides, squeaky toys, and soaking up all the love she can get.

Star is wonderful with people and absolutely loves meeting new friends. She is affectionate, gentle, snuggly, funny, food-motivated, and wonderfully chill. She’s also curious and communicative and will happily let you know what she’s thinking!

A few of Star’s best qualities:
* Low energy and happy to lounge around with her people
* House trained and non-destructive
* Knows her basic commands
* Walks beautifully on leash without pulling
* Enjoys leisurely walks and car rides
* Loves belly rubs and squeaky toys
* Affectionate, gentle, playful, and incredibly people-friendly
* Crate trained, although she prefers not to be crated and may cry initially
* Has mild separation anxiety but settles quickly after you leave


When it comes to other animals: Star currently needs to be the only dog in the home, or otherwise fully separated from other dogs. She does notice and wag her tail at other dogs, but she appreciates a larger personal space bubble and has not been cleared to live with another dog. No cats, please.
