This amazing senior has been an absolute dream since arriving at Happy Hearts! She makes doggy and human friends so incredibly fast. She can keep up with the energetic young dogs and does splendidly with the older Coexist dogs. She’s good with kids too. We have not tested her with cats.

Beatrice sleeps great through the night (she does snore like a freight train). She picked out a favorite spot on the couch her first few hours in foster. She’s housebroken, walks great on leash, and loves a fun car ride. She does great on outings and loves a good patio hang sesh.

Our senior dream girl didn’t have the best start at life. She was on and off the streets. Adopted once from the shelter only to find herself back there as an owner surrender when she was picked up by animal control with her sister. This has not stopped her from being the most loving and friendly girl. Her sister has been adopted and we would love for Beatrice to finally have the loving home she deserves to live out her golden years. Although if you only went by her playful nature and energy you would never think she is an older dog.
