Cassini is a sweet and smart girl! As cute as can be, she is gentle and allows all kinds of handling (bath, wiping paws, picking her up when needed). The vet at the shelter said she was the easiest patient they’ve seen.She is very food/treat motivated and learns commands easily. “Sit” and “crate” are 100%, and we’re working on “down,” “stay” and “come.” In spite of her puppy energy, she can also be very chill and loves to snuggle. She readily goes in her crate and settles.We have a very old dog and she is respectful of him. She is a little too interested in our cats, but I think she could coexist with cats with some training. Seems more playful than agressive. She’s met a 7-year-old human child and was an angel with her.Potty training is in process - she has never gone in her crate, even overnight, and goes potty outside easily when prompted. She just hasn’t yet figured out how to signal that she needs to go out, so we make sure to take her out in the yard consistently.She is good on a leash and has been enjoying regular neighborhood walks.She’s a real gem of a pup and with training will be an amazing family dog!
