This sweet boy was rescued from BARCs euthanasia list in heartbreaking condition. His coat was severely matted, and he had a broken tail that serves as a reminder of the difficult life he left behind.

Today, Oakley is getting the fresh start he has always deserved. With his handsome looks, sweet personality, and gentle heart, he is learning that people can be kind and that life can be full of love.
