Mooooooove on over, I'm here to impress! Howdy! The name’s Moo Moo; I’m sure you’ve been able to figure out why. Despite my cow-like appearance, I promise I’m all dog. I like to consider myself a pretty lucky guy. I mean, I was rescued off a euthanasia list after all. Thanks, SNIPSA!

I’ve been living in a home for about a year since my rescue, but sadly, I haven't been the best match for my family's resident dog. This is because I LOVE to play—but their pup is more on the chill side! Being deaf, I can't pick up on verbal cues from other dogs when they aren't happy with me. But I do really well with other dogs that match my size and energy, and I am actually very submissive by nature!

Yes—the talk of the SNIPSA office is that I am apparently deaf, though I haven't heard anything! Regardless of my impairment, deaf dogs like me can make excellent companions for both animals and people. I am a SUPER happy guy who doesn't let it bother me. I am very attentive and pick up on visual cues very quickly. I live life through my nose, and I'm the first to come running when the treat bag opens. I wait at the window for the school bus every single day so I can cuddle my favorite boys. I sleep like a human and only hog the covers sometimes. I'm crate-trained, potty-trained, and very loyal. Plus, I never run away at the sound of the vacuum cleaner! While it can't be determined how much, if any, of my hearing remains... I can tell you with certainty that I'll make a rewarding best friend.

I'm just under three years old-- well past the puppy nonsense and ready to show you all my skills. As an Airedale Terrier mix, I'm a great mix of playful and thoughtful, with four long legs to help me get around and a wiry, low-shed coat that is surprisingly soft!
