Roo was returned to rescue by adopter no fault of his own. Roo is bonded to a tuxedo female named Whiskers who was also returned but we're together as kittens not related.
Roo is up to date on shots and vetting.
Roo is a shy loving boy but takes a bit to come out of his shell. Roo loves to cuddle up at night once he becomes comfortable. Roo had a traumatic past but with patience he is a fun loving boy He is independent but loves attention. He does well with other cats and will intisigate a game of chase.
