Max and his sister Maple were discovered in a shed in rural San Mateo County. They were raised indoors together and as a result, have zero fear of humans and just want lap time! Because they've been through so much together, they are super bonded and we'd like to adopt them as a pair to an indoor home.

Max is a tuxedo with big clumsy feet, and an even bigger heart, a sweet clown who loves to cuddle. He is an expert snuggler who purrs at just a touch, even if he is busy chasing down a favorite toy - there is always time to stop for a cuddle in a warm lap! Maple is a svelte tortie, a clever and curious girl who keeps her big brother organized. She is named Maple because of her autumnal colors of creamy white, black, and light maple sugar brown – and because of her sweetness! Independent and observant, Maple also craves her cuddles. Once she settles into a warm lap, she has an enchanting musical purr.
