This is Lady Bug, a four-month-old Domestic Shorthair black-and-white kitten who has somehow decided she's in charge around here, and honestly, the rest of the kittens seem to agree. She's spunky, silly, incredibly sweet, and always the first one to show up when something interesting is happening.
She's definitely the little leader of the group. If there's a new toy, she's playing with it first. If someone new walks into the room, she's usually the first kitten there to say hello. If the other kittens are all gathered around something, there's a pretty good chance Lady Bug is the reason they're there in the first place. She has this funny little confidence about her that makes it seem like she knows exactly what's going on, even when she absolutely does not.
Lady Bug LOVES to play. She's bouncy, curious, and always ready to get everyone else involved in whatever she's doing. She's the kind of kitten who can turn just about anything into entertainment and somehow convince the rest of the crew to join her.
But our little lady is every bit as sweet as she is spunky. The second you walk into the room, that purr motor starts. She genuinely loves people and is always so happy to see you. She'll come running over to say hello, soak up some attention, and make sure you know she's very pleased you've arrived.
She's being fostered alongside other kittens, adult cats, dogs, and kids, and she does wonderfully with everyone. She's social, confident, and loves being part of the group. Lady Bug has never been one to sit back and watch life happen from across the room. She wants to be right there in the middle of it with everyone else.
There's something especially funny about how such a sweet little girl became the unofficial boss of the bunch. She's not bossy about it. Everyone just seems to know Lady Bug goes first. She's the first to play, the first to say hello, the first to investigate what you're doing, and probably the first to start purring too.
Like all young kittens, Lady Bug still has plenty of growing and learning ahead of her, but she's already becoming such a fun little companion. She's affectionate, playful, outgoing, and just mischievous enough to keep you laughing.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations, in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page!
Before the adoption is finalized, you will meet your pet through a video call, creating a fun and personalized experience!
The adoption fee is $600 and includes all vetting: FVRCP vaccines (minimum of 2), FeLV vaccines (minimum of 2), Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, combo tested, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a health certificate deeming the kitty healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship!
