Meet Rian: The Little King

Rian is a handsome black-and-white tuxedo kitten whose name means "Little King." He came to us with his sister, Rosheen (also available for adoption), after both suffered from severe upper respiratory infections that affected their eyes. Thankfully, they have made a wonderful recovery. Rian was left with a small amount of scarring on his eyes, but it does not affect his vision.

Rian loves to play with feather wands, silvervine toys, and anything that lets him show off his kitten energy. He especially enjoys wrestling and chasing games with Rosheen and the other foster kittens.

A little more reserved than his sister, Rian takes a bit of time to build confidence. Once he feels safe, his gentle and affectionate nature shines through. Like Rosheen, he enjoys being held against your chest, where he quickly relaxes to the comforting rhythm of your heartbeat and breathing.

Rian gets along well with other kittens, cats, small dogs, and gentle children. He would do best in a home with a feline friend, and Rosheen would be an ideal companion.
