Ziggy was found on the streets unable to put any weight on his right back leg. Silicon Valley animal shelter took him in, but needed a rescue to pull him so he could get 4 weeks of cage rest to let the fracture heal on its own. He has been a wonderful patient. He tolerated the cage rest well and is now able to walk about his room without a limp at all. He has not jumped yet- but his leg is getting stronger every day. He is a lap cat when you set him on you- content to just hang out with you. He is playful and loves to carry around little stuffed animals!
