Hey there, everyone! I’m Lu, a sweet and affectionate “Velcro” tortoiseshell gal who likes to stick close to my Foster Meowmy 24/7 so I can soak up as much affection as I can garner. This could be “bunting” (head-bumping) Foster Meowmy to get her attention, snuggling next to her while she’s in bed, or supervising her cooking in the kitchen. (Any treats up there for me?) My favorite pastime is lounging in Foster Meowmy’s lap as she scratches my chin, cheeks, and chin while we leisurely binge on Animal Planet and Netflix. Although I admittedly beg for her to pet me, like many kitties, I let her know if the hugging and kissing get out of hand – my terms are that a little goes a long way.

I was very pregnant when Foster Meowmy rescued me from the community cat feeding station near her apartment complex. Thank heavens she brought me into the safe haven of her home so that my six kittens were born in foster care a few weeks later. I’ve come a long way since my arrival as a timid teenage momma to be Foster Meowmy’s whiskered shadow, and now I’m ready to become the adoring constant companion of my forever family.
