Frisco, Texas
April 25th
female, medium, adult

DESCRIPTION

Hi there! I’m Merley, a dilute female kitty that is a gentle soul that can be a little bit shy at first, but once I settle in and feel safe I am the biggest sweetheart. In my former home, I was with other cats and a gentle dog, but the cats were not nice to me. I was being bullied and was not happy. In my new foster home that is calm and loving, I learned I was safe and I have thrived. If you have a comfortable home without animals or with kind, gentle animals, I would love to be part of it.

If you’re looking for a true companion who wants to be close, I'm your girl. I am very chill and coming into my own. I even have started enjoying playing. I also LOVE to watch the birds outside the window and will sit, twitch at the birds and love it all. I have all my primary vetting, including being neutered, vaccinations, FIV/FeLV tested, flea and dewormer prevention, and microchipped. Did you know? You can meet amazing cats like me every weekend! The Frisco Humane Society hosts Adopt-A-Pet events at PetSmart (3333 Preston Road in Frisco, TX) every Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 4 p.m. There are always adoptable cats there—and friendly adoption counselors to help you find your perfect match. Could that be me?

Approx DOB 4/15/2025

Interested in one of our cats/dogs? First step: Fill out the required adoption application. We do not adopt to anyone living outside of the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. All our cats/dogs will be spayed/neutered, heart worm tested (dogs-age appropriate), FeLV/FIV test (cat/litter), microchipped, and current on vaccinations.

We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We review all applications received to ensure that the animal and the applicant are a good match based on personal experiences with the animal. These animals live in foster homes with us, so we are familiar with their habits and behaviors. Home visits may be required prior to adoption approval.
