My name is Little Phoebe and I am part of the Friends litter! We were found out near the airport parking deck with our mama and brought to Second Chance so we could find our perfect family!
I am not big on being picked up and snuggled, has to be my idea. I am currently doing "drive bys" on foster mamas lap, snuggling is just not my thing. I do love to chase my siblings tails and run around chasing them. I love to play and am so active so i must be adopted with a sibling or there must be a super spunky cat who will want to wrestle with me living at my new house.
