Wilomena - Torbie Cat for Adoption in Columbus, Ohio

Wilomena came from what could be described as one of the worst neighborhoods in Columbus, with respect to the staggering number of stray cats, and the horrible conditions they contend with just to survive.

This beautiful cat, Wilomena, ran into one of the traps we set up to catch another female cat. The resident that has been feeding them, said Wilomena had 5-month-old kittens running around but they were hiding that day. The kittens are not socialized. He also said Wilomena and a few of the other cats that he feeds, belonged to another resident that recently passed away, and her cats were kicked to the curb. He mentioned that he feeds them whenever he can get food donated, so we gave him a couple of bags of dry food.

Wilomena is extremely friendly, sweet, and beautiful, we just did not have the heart to return her to such a rough neighborhood. She was also in heat, so it was just a matter of time before she’d be having another litter.

She appears to be very friendly with humans and some cats. She is young at only 1.5 years old. She looks like a cross between a bengal and a torbie. Her markings are striking.
