Coco & Rikki are in need of a permanent home where they can live their best sister lives. Their story has a rough start and an unfortunate recent twist, and yet they are such good and happy girls.
Originally found by a volunteer who witnessed a co-worker near the dumpster area in their industrial park. He had 2 kittens inside of a catfish trap and was going to let them loose. Beloved volunteer stepped in and said NO! and brought the 8 week old kittens home to foster. Fast forward 10 months... The shy kittens were adopted and living happily with a single mom and 2 young girls. Through no fault of their own, the family situation became complicated and the two kitties are now back with Shamrock.
They are soft with the most beautiful golden eyes. Coco is more of the couch potato and evening snuggle bug. Rikki is curious and will greet you and want a nice petting session. They are both a little timid at first, and with all their life changing scenarios, they'll need time to settle in and get comfortable. A home with calm children would be wonderful -these sisters love to watch the movies Rio and The Secret Life of Pets. They really do!
Visit them at the Feeders Supply on Baxter Avenue.
Adoption fee includes spayed, combo tested, vaccinated and microchipped cats. Associated volunteer is Amy 502-916-8136.
