Rosemary was originally trapped in Harpers Ferry a few years ago at an abandoned property and believed to be feral. But within seconds of being caught, she showed her sweet, savory side and quickly blossomed into an affectionate, loving girl that everyone adores. She was soon adopted and spent four wonderful years in a loving home. Then life threw her a curveball. Rosemary developed urinary stones and needed surgery and prescription food. Her family decided they could no longer care for her, so she came back to us. She has since had her surgery, recovered beautifully, and is thriving. She will need to stay on her prescription urinary diet for life to prevent future stones but she's healthy, happy, and just as stunning as ever.
She still has those striking green eyes, that supersoft coat, and her lovable, affectionate nature. She still wants belly rubs, kisses, and a warm spot next to you in bed. She still greets people with gentle sweetness and playful curiosity. Now she needs a new home with someone who understands what “forever” truly means. Someone who will stand by her, care for her, and never give up on her again. If you want a devoted companion who will make you feel chosen every single day, come meet Rosemary in our Harpers Ferry foster room. One look into those green eyes and you'll understand why she deserves her happilyeverafter!
All cats adopted through To The ResQ have been examined by a vet, are spayed/neutered, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, microchipped with free transfer registration, combo-tested, and dewormed. (NOTE: Rosemary is perfectly healthy, but will need to remain on prescription food for her lifetime to avoid reoccurrence of urinary stones.)
