DESCRIPTION
Please meet Crumpet! Crumpet is a sweet, energetic 6 month-old (as of April 2026) little boy. He is looking for a patient adopter who will give him the time he needs to feel secure and loved in a new home. He can be cautious and hesitant at first, but with patience and kindness, he will reward you with sweet lap naps, snuggles, biscuits, purring, crazy kitten playtime, and lots of laughs.
He enjoys lounging in a window hammock and watching what's going on outside, as well as snuggling in cozy beds, blankets, or laps. He also loves toys, particularly spring toys (see video of him playing fetch with a spring toy), feather teaser toys, and mice. Crumpet enjoys watching TV/movies, too, and will intently watch until something on the screen looks fun to bop with his paw.
He loved playing with his kitten siblings so would be happy to join a family with other cats with proper introductions. Because he is a shy boy, he would not do well in a home with dogs or young children. He was in an adoption center briefly but was terrified in that chaotic noisy environment so returned to his foster home.
Crumpet is currently happy and thriving in his foster home in Newark, DE. You can schedule a meet and greet by submitting our no-obligation adoption application: https://forgottencats.org/adoption-application/. Thank you! (Foster: Lucy F.)
