Meet Smeagle Shah, a handsome young cat with a soft gray and cream coat, beautiful golden eyes, and a striking gaze that makes him hard to forget. Smeagle has a calm, easygoing personality and seems perfectly content taking in the world from a comfortable spot nearby.

When I met Smeagle, he preferred to lounge and watch the action rather than jump right into it. While I shook ribbons in front of him trying to tempt him to play, he was quite happy relaxing and observing the entertainment. He has a wonderfully laid-back nature that makes him an excellent match for someone looking for a companion who doesn’t need to be in the middle of everything to enjoy being part of the family.

Don’t mistake his relaxed personality for being aloof, though. Smeagle’s foster says he is incredibly affectionate and has the loudest purr. Once the love starts, apparently so does the motor! He enjoys affection and has that wonderful combination of being sweet and loving without needing constant excitement.

Smeagle currently lives in a foster home with multiple cats, so he is accustomed to sharing his space with feline friends. His adaptable, easygoing personality also means he could be comfortable in just about any size home, from an apartment to a larger house.

Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO, UT, ID, OR, WA, VT, CT, VA, NY, PA, OH, MN, WI, IL, IN, KY, TN, MD, NC, SC & Canada (Canadian adopter must pick up in Washington state i.e. Bellingham, WA or closest U.S stop)! Our cats are brought to you in style by a beautiful private bus, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. Pick-up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private Facebook Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick-up location to you!

The adoption fee is $600 and includes all vetting: FVRCP vaccines (minimum of 2 but could be more depending on age and time in the program), FeLV vaccines, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, combo tested, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a health certificate deeming the kitty healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship!
